Embraer Internal Job Openings 

Please see below for a list of minimum requirements for employees applying for different jobs. 

 

  • You must be in your current role for a minimum of one year.

  • You must have been rated at least "Highly Valued" during your last performance evaluation.

  • You must be in good standing and not have any written warnings and/or have not been suspended in the previous 12 months.


​At the company's sole discretion, it may amend any of the above minimum qualifications on a case by case basis. It is the responsibility of an employee who has applied for a position to inform their current manager that they have applied for another opportunity within the company. The notification should occur once the applying employee is scheduled for an interview with the hiring manager of the open position.
